"OH MY !! ALEXIS WAS STUNNING AND SUPER SWEET . As a 50 year old , it’s not easy to find insurance now a days . I was referred to Alexis by one of my good long time co worker . And May I say , she was perfect . Everything was explained to me with examples . She even talking about other products the Rodney Shannon office offers to people . I’m happy I finally got through to someone knowledgeable and not rushing me or pushing me to purchase something . That’s extremely rare . Thank you Rodney Shannon and thank you Alexis especially."

"This is kind of a mixed review. I'm giving five stars to two specific agents from this office, Sophia Suarez and Vanelssy Rodriguez ONLY. I've been a loyal customer of this agency for several years. Every time I have called for policy changes, rate questions and adjustments, I've only been given a runaround and made to feel like my calling is a burden. On multiple occasions I've been told "sorry, we're busy" and to expect "call backs" from reps which never come. For that, I give Rodney Shannon's office one star. (I would give negative stars if that were an option) The ONLY times I have been assisted and met with friendly, helpful, and courteous service is when I've been lucky enough to have my call picked up by or transferred to Sophia or Vanelssy. They both are incredibly professional and absolutely worthy of me sitting down and spending the time to shine some light on them with this review. ________________________ REPLY TO RODNEY (as I cannot reply below to his response): I've tried to reach out to you directly on multiple occasions during my tenure as your client. On every one of those occasions, I was told that you are not in the office. So there goes that option. I transferred my policy to a different SF agency last week, and I'm VERY glad I did. As the Personal Articles change request which led me to leave this negative review of your agency was never even processed by Sophia. Thanks to you and your team, I've been unknowingly walking around without coverage on my (never) added items. You need to get your agency in order."

"I had the pleasure of speaking with Vanelssy this morning. I was probably her 1st phone call of the day. She was amazing. My concerns were the rising cost of my premium. Fun Fact I called in August regarding the same issue and was not given the attention to detail that Vanelssy provided me. She immediately reviewed my account and provided me the best financial option for ME and Not for StateFarms financial needs. This attention to detail has never been afforded to me a customer since 2007. I'm extremely appreciative of the customer support she provided me and I will only speak with her regarding my account going forward. I was prepared to switch to another company this morning. But Vanelssy was able to retain me as a customer and a potential referral. Thank you Vanelssy you are truly a GEM."
